i thought i dreamed a dream, i dreamed i thought a thought, i dreamed that we were free, i thought it was so nice, i dreamed that good was good, and dreamed that bad was bad, i thought i heard them say, that i was full of crap, i dreamed 'bout USA, i thought it was so free, i dreamed about my life, i thought i was deceived, after while i woke, then i thought so true, i thought bout our republic, now i sing the blues...
